Bishop Ramfis Moulier stands as a unique and compelling voice in today’s church landscape. His ministerial journey blends apostolic vision, pastoral care, and a lifelong commitment to equipping leaders for Kingdom impact. Since 2011, he has served as the Presiding National Bishop of the Defenders of the Christian Faith Movement, bringing over two decades of national leadership experience marked by integrity, boldness, and spiritual insight.
What sets Bishop Moulier’s ministry apart is his ability to move seamlessly between national platforms and local communities. As the founding pastor of multiple congregations in a variety of communities—from the urban neighborhoods of the West Side of Saint Paul, Minnesota to the foothills of Seneca, South Carolina—he has demonstrated a rare gift for building multicultural bridges while maintaining a deeply rooted pastoral presence.
He is also a founding member and Board Chairman of CORE Network (Church Operations and Resources Edge), a Hispanic-founded organization dedicated to strengthening the Hispanic church in the United States. His leadership has extended to founding and supporting organizations such as Kingdom Oil Ministries, Harvest Evangelism, and the Twin Cities Ethnic Evangelization Network. He currently serves on the National Board for XPAN Global and is part of the Bishop Circle for NaLEC (National Latino Evangelical Council).
